(Private Members Association Constitution) 

1. Name & Purpose 

1.1 The name of the Association shall be Royal Living Private Members Association ("the Association"). 

1.2 The purpose of the Association is to provide online entertainment, gaming, and gambling facilities exclusively for its members in a safe, responsible, and private environment. 

1.3 The Association operates not for the general public, but solely for its 

members. 

2. Membership 

2.1 Membership is open to individuals who: 

• Are at least [minimum age as per law, e.g. 18/21] years old. 

• Complete the membership application process, including KYC verification. 

• Agree to abide by this Constitution and all rules of the Association. 

2.2 Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the Association's Committee. 2.3 Membership is non-transferable. 

2.4 The Committee reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time for: 

Breach of rules. Fraudulent activity. 

• Abuse or misconduct. 

• Non-payment of membership fees. 

3. Membership Fees 

3.1 Members shall pay donations for products all sales are final as determined by the Committee. 

For gaming members are eligible 1 freeplay per $1 donation any freeplay = to coin that can convert over to giveaways if over $100 can be redeem 

3.2 Failure to pay fees within time of year of account open of due date may result in suspension of membership.

3.3 Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, as decided by the Committee. 

4. Gaming & Use of Facilities 

4.1 Members may access online gambling services via the Association's digital platform. 

4.2 All games shall be operated in accordance with fair play and certified gaming standards. 

4.3 The Association reserves the right to restrict or suspend access in cases of suspected fraud, problem gambling, or regulatory requirements. 

4.4 Members must play responsibly and may set self-exclusion or deposit limits. 5. Governance & Management 

5.1 The Association shall be managed by a Committee, consisting of at least: 

• A Chairperson 

• 

A Treasurer/Finance Officer 

• A Compliance Officer 

5.2 The Committee is responsible for: 

• Approving new members. 

• Managing finances. 

• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws. 

• Overseeing the safe operation of gaming activities. 

6. Member Conduct 

6.1 Members shall not: 

• Engage in money laundering or fraudulent transactions. 

Share access to their account with non-members. 

Use offensive or abusive language toward staff or other members. 

6.2 Breaches of conduct may result in immediate termination of membership. 7. Liability & Disclaimer 

7.1 The Association accepts no responsibility for losses incurred through gambling activities. 

7.2 Members participate voluntarily and at their own financial risk.

7.3 The Association reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any service at any time. 

8. Dissolution 

8.1 The Association may be dissolved by a two-thirds majority vote of the Committee. 

8.2 In the event of dissolution, assets shall be distributed in accordance with applicable laws. 

9. Amendments 

9.1 This Constitution may be amended by the Committee, provided members are notified at least 14 days in advance. 

10. Social Fun and Real No purchase is necessary 

11.  You cannot join if you are in a restricted state.  In the event member moves access will be restricted. 

Membership Agreement 

By applying for and accepting membership in [Royal Living] Private Members Association, I confirm that: 

I am of legal age 18/21 to participate in gambling activities. 

I have read and agreed to the Constitution and Rules of the Association. 

• I will play responsibly and accept full responsibility for my gambling activities. 

⚫ I acknowledge that all decisions of the Committee are final.
