The Sponsor/Promoter of the Sweepstakes is Royalty Builders LLC, doing business as Royal Online Casino ("Sponsor", "we", "us"), which operates Royal Online Casino (https://roc247.club), an online platform offering games for entertainment. Royal Online Casino uses two virtual coins:
- Gold Coins (GC) — free play coins for entertainment only. Gold Coins are given free, have no monetary value, cannot be purchased and can never be redeemed for prizes.
- Sweeps Coins (SC) — the coins used for prize play. Sweeps Coins can be obtained in the Coin Shop or free, with no purchase necessary, through the methods in section 2. Sweeps Coins won through game play may be redeemed for prizes under these Sweeps Rules.
These Sweeps Rules are read together with the Terms & Conditions, including its dispute resolution and individual arbitration provisions, which are incorporated here by reference.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Promotional Play is open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding the States of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York and Washington, and any other jurisdiction where it is prohibited ("Permitted Territories"), who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older.
1.2. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates and anyone involved in running the Sweepstakes, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible.
1.3. You need one active Royal Online Casino account, which is free to create. One account per person and per household.
1.4. Participating means you fully and unconditionally agree to these Sweeps Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.
2. How to get Sweeps Coins
- Coin Shop — Sweeps Coin packages, $1 = 1 SC. All purchases are final. No purchase is necessary: every free method below gives the same chance to play and win.
- Mail-in request — 3 SC for each valid request card (see section 3).
- Giveaways and promotions — free Sweeps Coins we announce on our site, by email or on social media.
Free Gold Coins (free play, no cash value, never redeemable) are also given for signing up, the daily login bonus, social bonuses and as a bonus with Sweeps Coin packages, as shown on the Free Coins page.
2.1. We may change the amounts at any time; the current amounts are always shown on this page and on the Free Coins page.
2.2. Using bots, scripts or any automated means to collect Sweeps Coins or play is prohibited and results in disqualification.
2.3. Sweeps Coins are not transferable and may be forfeited if your account is closed.
3. Mail-in requests
3.1. Postal Request Code. Sign in, open Free Sweeps Coins and click "Get my Postal Request Code". Each 10-digit code is unique, can be used once, can only be used by the account that generated it, and expires 90 days after it is issued.
3.2. Request card. A 4" × 6" plain white card or paper, unfolded and unlined, with, all in your own handwriting:
- in the top-left corner, one (and only one) Postal Request Code;
- below it, in this order: your full name as shown on your government ID; the email address registered to your account; the residential address registered to your account; and the statement: "I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Royal Online Casino. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Royal Online Casino Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules."
3.3. Place the card in a stamped #10 envelope, addressed by hand to:

The front of the envelope must show your handwritten return address and the words "Sweepstakes Credits". One request card per envelope.
3.4. Each valid request receives 3 SC. Requests must be legible, made by the participant personally, and mailed from the same State as the participant's verified address. Requests made by any other person or service, or that are illegible, incomplete, use an expired or used code, or are reproduced mechanically, are void. We are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail.
4. Playing with Sweeps Coins
4.1. Sweeps Coins can be played on all games, including Golden Dragon, Magic City, slots and Royal Online Casino's own games, for a chance to win more Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins can be played on Royal Online Casino's own games and slots for free play only and never award prizes.
4.2. Every Sweeps Coin, whether obtained in the Coin Shop or for free, must be played through once before it becomes a Redeemable Sweeps Coin (RSC). Sweeps Coins won through game play are RSC immediately. Only RSC can be redeemed for prizes.
4.3. Each game shows its own rules and pay table. We may change prize rates and odds at any time; the current details are shown in each game.
5. Prizes and redemption
5.1. Each eligible Sweeps Coin won through game play can be redeemed for a prize worth US$1.
5.2. The minimum redemption is 100 eligible Sweeps Coins. Redemptions are paid through the methods shown on the withdrawal page (for example to your verified Tierlock account). We may require a particular method.
5.3. We may limit redemptions to US$5,000 per participant per day. In New York and Florida, the maximum prize from any single play is US$5,000.
5.4. You are responsible for any taxes and fees on prizes you receive.
6. Verification of winners
6.1. Potential winners are subject to verification, which may include identity and address checks and an affidavit of eligibility. You are not a winner until verification is complete. Screenshots are not accepted as proof of winning.
6.2. If a potential winner can't be contacted, fails verification or does not comply with these rules, the prize is forfeited.
7. General conditions
7.1. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or these rules if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its reasonable control affects its integrity. Material changes will be posted on this page.
7.2. Anyone found tampering with the Sweepstakes, or acting against these rules, may be disqualified.
7.3. To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, errors, or loss of Sweeps Coins; if Sweeps Coins are confirmed lost in error, your sole remedy is replacement of the same amount.
