This policy outlines the tools, resources, and support we provide to help members maintain control over their gambling activities.
2. Principles of Responsible Gambling
We operate under the following principles:
• Gambling should be fun and recreational.
Members should remain in control of time and money spent.
• Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• Support is available for members who may experience gambling-related harm.
3. Age Verification & Underage Gambling
• Membership is only available to individuals aged 18+ (or 21+ where legally required).
• We conduct identity verification (KYC) to prevent underage access.
• Any attempt to register or gamble as a minor will result in immediate account closure.
4. Player Protection Tools
Members have access to the following tools to help control their gambling:
• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposits. Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount that can be lost within a period.

• Time-Outs: Temporarily suspend play for 24 hours, 7 days, or longer. Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude from gambling for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders of play duration and spending.

Members are encouraged to monitor their behavior and look out for warning signs, such as:

• Hiding gambling activity from friends or family.
• Neglecting work, school, or relationships due to gambling.
• Feeling stressed, anxious, or guilty about gambling.

8. Advertising & Promotions

• We do not target minors or vulnerable individuals with marketing. Promotions are designed to encourage entertainment, not excessive gambling.
Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
9. Monitoring & Compliance
• We actively monitor accounts for unusual or risky gambling patterns.
• Members identified as “at risk” may receive direct outreach with advice and support.
• Our Responsible Gambling Policy is reviewed regularly to ensure
compliance with regulatory standards.
