Customer Account

An account held by a Registered Customer.

Excluded Territory

California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, U.S. territories and possessions, and any other jurisdiction where participation is prohibited or restricted.

Fraudulent Conduct

Conduct described in Section 10.

Game

Any game available on the Platform in Standard Play or Promotional Play. Royal may add or remove Games.

Gold Coins

Virtual social-play currency used for Standard Play. Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.

Inactive Account

A Customer Account with no login or logout activity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Participate

Playing Games or otherwise accessing or using the Site or Platform.

Payment Medium

A card, wallet, bank account, financial account, or other payment method used to purchase Gold Coins.

Platform

The Site and all Royal Online Casino Games, features, tools, and services.

Player or You

Any person who Participates, whether registered or not.

Prizes

Eligible prizes won through Promotional Play and redeemable under the Sweeps Rules.

Promotional Play

Participation in sweepstakes promotions using Sweeps Coins.

Registered Customer

A Player who successfully registers a Customer Account.

Standard Play

A website or service not controlled by Royal.

2. Your Participation

Eligibility and Representations

You represent that you are at least 18 or the higher age of majority applicable to you; are legally permitted to participate; are not located in an Excluded Territory; participate personally for entertainment; act only for yourself; provide accurate information; use lawful funds; use only payment methods legally owned by you; and will not engage in fraud, collusion, fixing, automation, or other unlawful activity.

Excluded Purchases

Gold Coin purchases initiated from an Excluded Territory may be voided and refunded, less an administrative fee of up to 10% and any bank or payment-provider charges, to the extent permitted by law.

Location Circumvention

VPNs, proxies, location masking, false residency information, third-party participation, and other efforts to evade jurisdiction restrictions are prohibited and may constitute fraud.

Ineligible Persons

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, immediate family members, and household members of Royal and involved affiliates, agencies, vendors, and service providers may not Participate.

3. License Grant

Limited License

Royal grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Platform and Content through supported devices solely for private entertainment.

No Ownership

These Terms do not grant ownership or other right, title, or interest in the Platform or Content.

Termination

The license ends immediately if you breach these Terms or if Royal suspends or terminates access.

4. Customer Accounts

Single Account

Only one Customer Account is permitted, including any inactive account. Duplicate or attempted duplicate accounts may be suspended or closed.

Accurate Information

Registration details must remain current. The registered name must match government identification. Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] to update information; do not create a replacement account.

Security

You are responsible for passwords, login credentials, payment methods, and activity through your account. Do not share access. Notify Royal immediately of suspected compromise.

Transfers Prohibited

Accounts, Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, and redemption rights may not be transferred, sold, purchased, exchanged, or moved between accounts.

Inactive Accounts

Royal may close an Inactive Account. If no transaction is recorded for 30 consecutive months, Royal will remit any redeemed prize value as required by applicable law.

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure through [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Closure forfeits continued access to Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, and unredeemed Prizes except as otherwise required by law.

Responsible Gameplay Closure

A closure request related to gameplay concerns should state that reason so Royal may apply time-out or self-exclusion procedures.

Discretion

Royal may limit, suspend, close, or refuse an account. When closure is not for cause, Royal will make reasonable efforts to allow redemption of eligible verified Prizes, subject to law and these Terms.

5. Games and Purchases

Game Rules

Each Game may have separate rules and pay tables. You are responsible for reviewing them before play.

Payment Ownership

A Payment Medium must be legally and beneficially owned by you and match the verified account name. Royal may request proof of ownership.

Stored Credentials

You authorize Royal and its payment processors to tokenize or store payment credentials in accordance with applicable payment rules for future purchases.

Payment Processing

A purchase begins when you select PAY NOW or another final purchase button.

No Refunds

Gold Coin purchases are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable except where required by law. Billing issues must be reported within 30 days.

No Credit or Deposit

Royal does not extend credit. A Gold Coin purchase is a license for Standard Play and is not a deposit or withdrawable balance.

Accepted Play

Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins submitted and accepted for play are deducted immediately and cannot be changed, withdrawn, or canceled.

Chargebacks

Returned, reversed, or charged-back purchases may result in suspension. The amount becomes a debt, and purchases, winnings, and redemptions may be void until resolved.

Sweeps Playthrough

Allocated Sweeps Coins must ordinarily be played once before redemption, but a disclosed requirement may be greater and will not exceed 20 times.

Void Games

Royal may void play affected by an obvious error, misprint, technical malfunction, incorrect pay table, incorrect limits, or software error.

Official Results

Royal server records are final if they conflict with a result displayed on a user device.

6. Promotions

Applicable Terms

Promotions, contests, offers, bonuses, and Promotional Play are subject to these Terms, the Sweeps Rules, and any promotion-specific terms. Promotion-specific terms control a direct conflict.

Changes and Abuse

Royal may withdraw or modify promotions and may withhold, deny, or cancel a benefit, bonus, or Prize when it reasonably determines that a promotion was abused or involved Fraudulent Conduct.

Promotional Content License

You grant Royal a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use content you submit or publish in connection with a promotion, contest, or competition, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

7. Prize Redemptions

Redemption Methods

Gift cards are delivered to the verified account email or another verified email owned by you. Cash Prizes are paid to the original Payment Medium or another verified financial account legally and beneficially owned by you. Royal may require a particular method.

Minimum and Fees

Royal may charge disclosed processing fees and sets a minimum redemption threshold of 50 eligible Sweeps Coins, unless another amount is displayed.

Limits

Royal may limit redemptions to US$5,000 per Participant per day. Any jurisdiction-specific per-play prize limit applies only where Promotional Play is legally available and the limit is required by law.

Accuracy

You are responsible for accurate email, bank, wallet, and financial information. A payment or gift card processed using the information you supplied is treated as completed, and Royal is not required to reissue it.

Account Ownership

Royal will not ordinarily pay a third-party account. Joint accounts may be accepted only when your verified name appears and all required checks are completed. Custodial, trust, minor-owned, or otherwise prohibited accounts are not eligible.

Alternative Account

If a provider cannot accept payment, you must nominate another eligible account within 60 days after request or Royal may deem the Prize void where permitted by law.

Currency and Fees

Purchases and direct bank transfers are processed in USD. You bear foreign-exchange, intermediary, bank, wallet, and similar third-party costs.

Timing and Frequency

Requests are processed in order. Only one redemption request may be processed per account per 24 hours. Cash may take up to 10 business days, plus verification or bank delays. Payments over US$10,000 may require additional review and installment payments.

Expiration and Forfeiture

Sweeps Coins expire after 60 days without login and may be forfeited upon account closure or breach, except where prohibited by law.

Payment Updates

Payment information for redemption may be added or updated only by you while logged in and completing the redemption process.

Refused Payments

Repeated refusal of cash payments may result in suspension and fraud investigation.

Mistaken Credits

8. Verification

Checks

Royal may conduct identity, age, address, credit, location, sanctions, fraud, financial-crime, source-of-funds, and other checks reasonably required by law, regulators, providers, or internal policy.

Pending and Restricted Accounts

Redemptions remain pending and accounts may be restricted, suspended, or closed until verification is completed.

Enhanced Verification

For cumulative or single redemptions over US$2,000, Royal may request a photograph, government ID, proof of address, bank statement, paystub, or source-of-wealth or source-of-funds document.

Failure to Provide Documents

If requested documents are not provided in the required form within 30 days, Royal may stop verification and restrict or close the account.

External Providers

You authorize Royal to use third-party verification services based on information you provide.

9. Responsible Social Gameplay

Royal supports responsible social gameplay and may provide purchase limits, Sweeps Coin play limits, cooling-off periods, time-outs, self-exclusion, suspension, and account closure.

Circumvention

11. Intellectual Property and User Content

Restrictions

Royal does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, functionality, security, or accuracy.

Authorized Currency

Consequences

When an account is closed for cause, Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, and Prizes may be canceled to the extent permitted by law, and you remain responsible for losses, debts, chargebacks, and damages caused by your conduct.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Royal for claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct or material breach.

18. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your Participation, content, misconduct, or breach.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages. Royal's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid Royal during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law.

Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Notices and Electronic Communications

Electronic Delivery

You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications electronically through email, text, account messages, or posting on the Platform.

You must maintain a valid email address and review Platform notices. Communications are effective when sent or posted, subject to applicable law.

20. Dispute Resolution and Agreement to Arbitrate

Informal Resolution

Agreement to Arbitrate

Class and Collective Waiver

Severability

No Agency

Severability

Assignment

Termination and Survival

Business Transfers

Accounts and associated data may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, sale, reorganization, financing, or change of control.

DMCA

Governing Law
