1. General 

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of the online gaming services provided by [Royal Living] Private Members Association (“the Association", "we", "us", or "our"). 

1.2 By registering as a member and accessing our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. 

1.3 If you do not agree with these T&Cs, you must not register or use our 

services. 

2. Eligibility & Membership 

2.1 Membership is open only to individuals who:

• Successfully complete the membership application and identity verification (KYC). 

• Are not restricted by local laws from participating in online gambling. 

2.2 Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Responsible Gaming 

3.1 Members acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. Participation is voluntary and at the member's own risk. 

3.2 Members may set self-imposed limits, including deposit limits, wagering limits, or self-exclusion. 

3.3 The Association may suspend or close accounts if problem gambling behavior is identified. 

4. Deposits & Withdrawals 

4.1 Members may deposit funds into their gaming wallet using approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, e-wallets, cryptocurrency). 

4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits may apply and will be

published on the platform. 

4.3 Withdrawals will only be made to the same account or wallet used for deposits, unless otherwise required by law. 

4.4 The Association reserves the right to carry out identity and security checks before processing withdrawals. 

5. Use of Platform 

5.1 Members agree to use the platform for lawful and personal entertainment purposes only. 

5.2 It is strictly prohibited to: 

• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the gaming software. 

Use automated bots, scripts, or third-party programs to play. 

Collude with other members for unfair advantage. 

5.3 Breaches may result in immediate account suspension and loss of funds. 

6. Gaming Rules 

6.1 All games provided are operated under Random Number Generator (RNG) certification or live dealer fairness standards. 

6.2 Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed. 

6.3 The Association may modify, suspend, or remove games at any time without notice. 

7. Data Protection & Privacy 

7.1 The Association collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

7.2 Members consent to the use of their personal data for: 

• Identity verification (KYC). 

• Transaction monitoring (AML compliance). 

• Improving gaming services. 

7.3 Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. 

8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Fraud Prevention 

8.1 Members must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. 8.2 Suspicious or fraudulent transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.

8.3 The Association reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation. 

9. Liability & Disclaimer 

9.1 The Association provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. 

9.2 The Association is not liable for: 

Losses incurred through gambling activities. 

Technical failures beyond its control. 

Unauthorized access to member accounts due to negligence by the member. 

10. Termination 

10.1 Members may terminate their membership at any time by submitting a request via the platform. 

10.2 The Association may suspend or close accounts at its discretion, including for: 

Breach of these T&Cs. 

Fraudulent activity. 

Failure to comply with AML or KYC checks. 

11. Amendments 

11.1 The Association reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. 11.2 Members will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised T&Cs. 12. Governing Law 

12.1 These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. 

12.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
